To the Waters and the Wild

3 - 16 May 2025

This exhibition delves a little deeper into abstraction along the rugged coastline of South Down at the foot of the Mourne Mountains. The colours and textures change constantly as we progress along the shore, and with the variable weather patterns that we are exposed to due living on an island, constantly changing light and cloud formations simply add to the beauty. It doesn’t really matter what the weather throws at an artist – it’s just case of changing your style to suit the mood and interpret the subject matter accordingly.
